2.3 Prescription Information
If you order power lenses, we collect the prescription details you give us, such as SPH, CYL and AXIS values for each eye and your PD (pupillary distance), either typed on the product page or sent to us as a photo on WhatsApp. We treat this as sensitive personal information:
- We use it only to make and check your lenses and to handle any remake or warranty request.
- We share it only with the people or lens-making partner who produce your lenses, and never sell it or use it for marketing.
- It is stored with your order record so we can support you after delivery. You can ask us to delete your prescription details at any time after your order is complete by contacting us.
